Are you looking for a good training program for your next 5k or 10k race, or maybe just looking for some motivation to get back into shape?

The programs from PersonalRunningTrainer.com are broken down into weekly segments, set to music, and available for download onto your mp3 player so that you can listen to it while you run.  It's like having your own personal running coach!

The music is paced around 130-140 beats-per-minute to keep you energized and there are voice-over instructions from time to time to let you know when to run, when to speed up, and when to rest.  Each day of each week's program is different so it keeps things interesting and challenging.  The programs that are currently available include a 1 mile training program, a 5k training program and a 10k program, so whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced runner, you should be able to find what you need here.
