Overview...

The training programs from Personal Running Trainer are in audio format and available for download onto any portable music device (ie. iPod, iPhone, Zune or any other mp3 player) so that you can listen to the coaching instructions while you run. There’s no need to wear a stopwatch or to try to memorize a workout plan. Simply download and go.

Each program consists of 3-4 training days per week and each day and week are different. Some workouts focus on endurance, others pace, others speed. All of the workouts are designed around evidence-based, time-honored techniques and the unique format allows you to run at your own level of intensity.
