Mobile App & MP3 Running Program

Choose your distance: 1 Mile, 5K, 10K, 1/2 Marathon or Marathon.
The running programs for your mobile and MP3 devices provide you one to four months worth of running sessions - depending on your goal distance - and are led by a Certified Personal Trainer who tells you when to run, when to change your pace, and when to rest. Each training program consists of 3-4 training days per week and each day and week are different. Some workouts focus on endurance, others pace, others speed. All of the workouts are designed around evidence-based, time-honored techniques and the unique format allows you to run at your own level of intensity. The Mobile Device & Mp3 training running programs are designed to work with the busiest of schedules so that you can train whenever and wherever you have time for a run.

Available for multiple devices: The app version of Personal Running Trainer allows you to choose background running music from your own music library or stream internet radio during the workouts. It schedules the workouts for you, summarizes the workout routines and keeps track of your time. The MP3 version comes with a motivating, beat-bumping soundtrack that’s matched to the intensity of the workouts. In either version, the coaching instructions are voiced-over from time to time in a professional voice that is clear and to the point.
