This 10k training program is designed to get you into shape to run a comfortable 10k. Each week of this program consists of 4 training days which vary in length from 30 to 70 minutes. It's for runners who are already capable of running at least 3 miles so, if you are a complete beginner or just getting back into running, try starting with the 1 mile or 5k programs first and then attempt the 10k training program.
